Update HMC
Identify the HMC version, release, service and build levels.
When you click Updates, the Hardware Management
Console (HMC) displays the following information:
- Version
- Release
- Service Pack
- Build Level
- Base Version
- Serial Number of the HMC
- Bios Version on the HMC
Note: Only official HMC updates are supported. Third-party
packages and applications are not supported and must not be installed
on the HMC.
